Delivery Times

We use the standard delivery services as indicated on the website. All deliveries are partially or fully tracked and require a signature upon receipt. Items cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. We will email you a link to track your delivery.

If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to the sustainability of our business, we only ship in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and not overseas. 

Redeliveries and Refunds

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address and postcode. If an incorrect address and postcode has been provided, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery cost to redeliver the order.
