Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the FischerMooy Membership Program ("Membership"). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Overview

• The Membership is a recurring monthly subscription service at a price of EUR 59,= per month.
• Active members receive a 10% discount on eligible products.
• The total discount is capped at €150 per calendar month.

2. Eligibility

• Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and older residing within the European Union.
• Membership is for personal, non-commercial use and is non-transferable.

3. Discount Policy

• The 10% discount applies only to products designated as eligible by FischerMooy.
• Once your monthly discount total reaches €150, no additional discounts will be applied until the following calendar month.
• The discount cannot be combined with other codes or promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Pricing & EU VAT

• Membership is charged at EUR 59,= incl. VAT per month, in accordance with EU VAT regulations.
• The applicable VAT rate is based on your billing address (country of residence). The final price may vary depending on your location.
• A VAT invoice will be issued each month and made available in your account or sent by email.

5. Payment & Cancellation

• Subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are issued for cancellations within a billing period.

6. Modifications & Termination

FischerMooy reserves the right to:

• Modify Membership benefits and pricing with at least 14 days’ notice.
• Cancel the Membership program entirely with reasonable notice.
• Abuse or fraudulent activity (e.g., sharing account access, exceeding discount limits through misuse) will result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Compliance

• This Membership service is provided in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and relevant local consumer protection laws.
• By purchasing and using your membership within the 14-day withdrawal period, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal as per Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

8. Privacy & Data

• Your personal data will be used strictly for processing your membership and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

FischerMooy is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
